Pearl Mouse Prevents Hand Fatigue During Extended Work Sessions :)
Thanks to square and non-ergonomic mouse designs, Computer Mouse Hand Fatigue (CMHF) is fast becoming a common problem among computer professionals who have to work nonstop on their PCs during extended work sessions. Addressing the issue, British designer Lee Gicas has created an ergonomic mouse dubbed the Pearl that lets the users flex, extend and relax their hand and arm muscles even when using the mouse for longer durations. Designed to pivot left, right, back and forth with little effort, the Pearl mouse allows an easy and safe way of web navigation without squeezing the Median Nerve.

This ergonomic mouse is well though out. I didn't know what the Medial Nerve is, I'm very familiar with the hand cramp. I could def use something like this.
